InterWho is a trading brand of Steadman Brown Limited, a company incorporated and registered in England under company number 11031717 with its registered office at 8 Twisleton Court, Dartford, Kent, DA1 2EN ("the Company").
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
The employment company understands that InterWho are an introductory and advisory organization, with the sole purpose to introduce the employment company to Salesforce experienced professionals (InterWho Associates) with the sole intention of interviewing the candidates put forward to InterWho, by the employment company.
The Employment company is responsible for informing InterWho of the details of the role the candidate is hiring for, sharing the name and CV of the candidates intended for interview.
InterWho is responsible for arranging and facilitating the technical interview of candidates and will provide the employment company technical related feedback on the candidate’s experience, skills, and abilities, irrespective of the candidate’s race, sex, sexual orientation, religion or belief, any disability, or age.
InterWho is not responsible for recommending or advising the employment company on who/if any candidates are to be hired, and holds no liability related to the candidate the employment company chooses to hire.
The employment company agrees to pay the invoice within 7 days from the date the invoice is sent.
In the event of late payment, InterWho reserves the right to charge the employment company interest on the sum due, at the Bank of England interest rate.
All amounts quoted are exclusive of VAT, and Value Added Tax will be applied to any invoice sent to the Employment Company.
All parties warrant that, in relation to this Agreement, it shall comply with requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018.
The Employment company understands that InterWho will process personal information related to the candidates introduced to the company, in order to facilitate the process of arranging and conducting an interview, this includes sharing the information with the company’s associates, and the parent company, Steadman Brown Limited.
Neither the Company nor any of the Company's Associates shall be liable to the Client for any loss, injury, damage, expense or delay incurred or suffered by the Client arising in connection with any interview, relationship or opinion of InterWho.
The employment company acknowledges that the company may publish the employment company’s name and/or logo on its website, social media, and/or marketing collateral reference the relationship of the two organizations.
The employment company acknowledges that in entering into this Agreement, it has not relied on any representations, warranties, or other assurances by the Company other than those expressly set out in this Agreement.
By signing this agreement, you are confirming you are authorized to act on behalf of your company and agree to these terms in full.
